 I’m a Myotherapist based in Wendouree, proudly supporting the Ballarat community with over 9 years of hands-on experience in treating pain and improving movement. I began my career as a Remedial Massage Therapist before advancing into Myotherapy, and over the years I’ve developed a strong interest in understanding not just where pain shows up — but why.

I have a particular passion for helping clients experiencing jaw pain and TMJ dysfunction, as well as those managing lymphoedema. Jaw pain can affect everything from eating and speaking to sleep and stress levels, and I use a combination of techniques — including intraoral release — to help ease tension and improve function. I also work with clients across Ballarat who are seeking supportive, hands-on treatment for lymphoedema and swelling management.

Beyond these areas, I regularly treat the everyday aches and pains that come from busy lives, long workdays, and the physical demands of daily routines. Whether it’s persistent neck and shoulder tightness, lower back discomfort, or tension that just won’t settle, my focus is always on finding the underlying cause and tailoring treatment to suit you.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisations, massage, intraoral TMJ treatment, or TENS therapy. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach — your treatment is designed around your body, your goals, and your comfort.
